company incorporated for future project /hold property /hold IPR( intellectual property rights) and significant accounting transaction.

Inactive company

Ans. Means not carring of any business transaction.have not any SAT in last 2 years .not filled AR and FS for last 2 years. 
SAT-Significant Accounting Transaction
 AR-Annual Returns
 FS -Financial Statement.

Requirement for dormant status

need to pass special ressolution
Application MSC-1

If ROC may satisfied with the registration it may grant dormant status in form no.MSC-2

Requirement for dormant certificate 
directors in case of
OPC-1
PVT-2
PUB-3
return to be filed in form no.MSC-3

Active Status 

to be obtained with in 5 years application no.MSC-4
ROC may grant active status in form no.MSC-5
