What is the diffrence between Substantive law and Procedural Law ?

It is defines the rights of the parties.

Indian Contract Act 1972,Indian Penal Code 1860,Indian Partnership Act 1932
are few examples of substantive law .
Civil Procedure Code 1908,and Criminal Procedure Code 1973 are few examples of procedural laws .
There is no other name for substantive law.
Procedural law also known as objective law.
